Eco Contest:

Eco Contest Rules (the “ECO Rules”)  

The TrypScore “Eco” contest (the “ECO Contest”) is held by Medidas Digital Inc. (“Medidas”) and shall be governed by the TrypScore Reward Program Terms and Conditions (the “Reward Terms”). This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple or Google. 

Note:  No purchase is required to earn an entry into the ECO Contest.  

Eligibility:  The ECO Contest is open to eligible and active TrypScore mobile app (the “App”) account holders (the “Users”) who meet the account criteria and hereby agree to be bound by these ECO Rules, the TrypScore Terms of Use (the “TrypScore Terms”) and the Reward Terms (the “ECO Participants”). 

Contest Period:  Unless otherwise indicated in these ECO Rules as updated from time to time, the ECO Contest runs every week from Monday at 12:01 am Mountain Standard Time (MST) to Sunday at 11:59 pm MST (the “ECO Contest Period”).  

Entries:  ECO Participants can earn entries into the ECO Contest by the ECO Participant confirming that they were not a “Driver” when assigning the status of a Tryp.  The ECO Participant will be asked to confirm the mode of transportation they took and upon confirmation will receive an entry into the ECO Contest. There is no limit to the number of entries an ECO Participant can receive during each ECO Contest Period and is solely dependent on the number of Participants successfully completing the Challenge.  Odds of winning the prize will vary depending on the number of entries earned in each ECO Contest Period.  

Prize:  Four individual winners will receive a $25 Gift Card from the TrypScore Online Redemption Site (the “TDOS”) (approximate retail value in the currency of the country in which the Participant’s TrypScore account was registered).   Winners are bound by the terms and conditions of the individual gift card selected as described in detail on the TDOS at the time of redemption. 

Selection of Winners:  Winners will be randomly selected from all ECO Participant entries received during the ECO Contest Period and notified by email, SMS, or through the App’s inbox.  The appropriate sections found within the Reward Terms will govern selection of, and notification to, each Winner. If there are less unique entries received during the ECO Contest Period than available prizes, Medidas will only award prizes to unique qualifying ECO Participants. 

Food Zone Contest:

Food Zone Contest Rules (the “FZ Rules”)  

The TrypScore “Food Zone” contest (the “FZ Contest”) is held by Medidas Digital Inc. (“Medidas”) and shall be governed by the TrypScore Reward Program Terms and Conditions (the “Reward Terms”). This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple or Google. 

Note:  No purchase is required to earn an entry into the FZ Contest.  

Eligibility:  The FZ Contest is open to eligible and active TrypScore mobile app (the “App”) account holders (the “Users”) who meet the account criteria and hereby agree to be bound by these FZ Rules, the TrypScore Terms of Use (the “TrypScore Terms”) and the Reward Terms (the “FZ Participants”).  

FZ Contest Period:  Unless otherwise indicated in these FZ Rules as updated from time to time, the FZ Contest runs every day from 12:01 am Mountain Standard Time (MST) to 11:59 pm MST (the “Contest Period”). 

Entries: FZ Participants can earn entries into the FZ Contest by collecting eligible, activated Pyns from specified Food Zone locations.  Food Zone Pyns are deemed eligible by the FZ Participant achieving the minimum acceptable TrypScore each time they drive, such score to be set within the game and at the sole discretion of Medidas.  The FZ Participant must collect each activated and eligible FZ Pyn within the Tryps section of the App by clicking the “Collect Rewards” button on any Driver Tryp that met the minimum acceptable score in order to receive an entry into the FZ Contest.  There is no limit to the number of entries a FZ Participant can receive during each FZ Contest Period subject to the rules surrounding the activation and collection of FZ Pyns. Odds of winning the prize will vary depending on the number of entries earned in each FZ Contest Period. 

Prize:  One winner will receive a $10 Gift Card from the TrypScore Online Redemption Site (the “TDOS”) (approximate retail value in the currency of the country in which the Participant’s TrypScore account was registered). Winners are bound by the terms and conditions of the individual gift card selected as described in detail on the TDOS at the time of redemption.  

Selection of Winners:  Winner will be randomly selected from all FZ Participant entries received during the FZ Contest Period and notified by email, SMS, or through the App’s inbox.  The appropriate sections found within the Reward Terms will govern selection of, and notification to, the Winner.  If no entries are received during the FZ Contest Period, Medidas will not award a Prize for that period.

Drive Zone Contest:

Drive Zone Contest Rules (the “DZ Rules”)  

The TrypScore “Drive Zone” contest (the “DZ Contest”) is held by Medidas Digital Inc. (“Medidas”) and shall be governed by the TrypScore Reward Program Terms and Conditions (the “Reward Terms”). This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple or Google.

Eligibility:  The DZ Contest is open to eligible and active TrypScore mobile app (the “App”) account holders (the “Users”) who meet the account criteria and hereby agree to be bound by these DZ Rules, the TrypScore Terms of Use (the “TrypScore Terms”) and the Reward Terms (the “DZ Participants”).

Eligibility:  The SZ Contest is open to eligible and active TrypScore mobile app (the “App”) account holders (the “Users”) who meet the account criteria and hereby agree to be bound by these SZ Rules, the TrypScore Terms of Use (the “TrypScore Terms”) and the Reward Terms (the “SZ Participants”).

Entries: SZ Participants can earn entries into the SZ Contest by collecting eligible, activated Shop Zone Pyns (the “SZ Pyns”) from specified Shop Zone locations.  SZ Pyns are deemed eligible by the SZ Participant achieving the minimum acceptable TrypScore each time they drive, such score to be set within the game and at the sole discretion of Medidas.  The SZ Participant must collect each activated and eligible SZ Pyn within the Tryps section of the App by clicking the “Collect Rewards” button on any Driver Tryp that met the minimum acceptable score in order to receive an entry into the SZ Contest.  There is no limit to the number of entries a SZ Participant can receive during each SZ Contest Period subject to the rules surrounding the activation and collection of Pyns. Odds of winning the prize will vary depending on the number of entries earned in each SZ Contest Period.

Tryvia Master:

Tryvia Master Contest Rules (the “TM Rules”)  

The TrypScore “Tryvia Master” contest (the “TM Contest”) is held by Medidas Digital Inc. (“Medidas”) and shall be governed by the TrypScore Reward Program Terms and Conditions (the “Reward Terms”). This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple or Google. 

Note:  No purchase is required to complete the challenge or earn an entry into the TM Contest.  

Eligibility:  The TM Contest is open to eligible and active TrypScore mobile app (the “App”) account holders (the “Users”) who meet the account criteria and hereby agree to be bound by these TM Rules, the TrypScore Terms of Use (the “TrypScore Terms”) and the Reward Terms (the “TM Participants”).  

Contest Period:  Unless otherwise indicated in these TM Rules as updated from time to time, the TM Contest runs every day from 12:01 am Mountain Standard Time (MST) to 11:59 pm MST (the “TM Contest Period”).  

Entries:  TM Participants can earn an entry into the Contest by participating in the Daily Tryvia Challenge (the “TM Challenge”), found within the App in the Challenges section, and successfully answering all five questions correctly.  Participants not answering all five TM Challenge questions correctly will receive 10 Experience Points (“XP”) for every question they answer correctly and will not receive an entry into the Contest. Participants will have one opportunity during each Contest Period to participate in the TM Challenge and earn an entry into the Contest.  There is no limit to the number of entries received during each TM Contest Period and is solely dependent on the number of Participants that have successfully completed the TM Challenge.  Odds of winning the prize will vary depending on the number of entries earned in each TM Contest Period.  

Prize:  One winner will receive a $25 Gift Card from the TrypScore Online Redemption Site (the “TDOS”) (approximate retail value in the currency of the country in which the Participant’s TrypScore account was registered).   Winners are bound by the terms and conditions of the individual gift card selected as described in detail on the TDOS at the time of redemption.

Mission Possible:

Mission Possible Contest Rules (the “MP Rules”) 

The TrypScore “Mission Possible” contest (the “MP Contest”) is held by Medidas Digital Inc. (“Medidas”) and shall be governed by the TrypScore Reward Program Terms and Conditions (the “Reward Terms”). This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple or Google.

Note:  No purchase is required to complete the challenge or earn an entry into the MP Contest.  

Eligibility:  The MP Contest is open to eligible and active TrypScore mobile app (the “App”) account holders (the “Users”) who meet the account criteria and hereby agree to be bound by these MP Rules, the TrypScore Terms of Use (the “TrypScore Terms”) and the Reward Terms (the “MP Participants”).  

Contest Period:  Unless otherwise indicated in these MP Rules as updated from time to time, the MP Contest runs every week from Monday at 12:01 am Mountain Standard Time (MST) to Sunday at 11:59 pm MST (the “MP Contest Period”).  

Entries:  MP Participants can earn an entry into the Contest by participating in the Weekly Mission challenge (the “MP Challenge”), found within the App in the Challenges section, and successfully completing the three tasks as described each week.  Participants that do not successfully complete the three tasks of the MP Challenge will not receive an entry into the Contest.  Participants will have one opportunity during each Contest Period to participate in the MP Challenge and earn an entry into the Contest.  There is no limit to the number of entries a MP Participant can receive during each MP Contest Period and is solely dependent on the number of Participants that have successfully completed the MP Challenge.  Odds of winning the prize will vary depending on the number of entries earned in each MP Contest Period.  

Prize:  One winner will receive a $100 Gift Card from the TrypScore Online Redemption Site (the “TDOS”) (approximate retail value in the currency of the country in which the Participant’s TrypScore account was registered).   Winners are bound by the terms and conditions of the individual gift card selected as described in detail on the TDOS at the time of redemption.  

Selection of Winner:  Winner will be randomly selected from all MP Participant entries received during the MP Contest Period and notified by email, SMS, or through the App’s inbox.  The appropriate sections found within the Reward Terms will govern selection of, and notification to, the Winner. If no entries are received during the MP Contest Period, Medidas will not award a Prize for that period.

Pyn Collector:

Pyn Collector Contest Rules (the “PC Rules”) 

The TrypScore “Pyn Collector” contest (the “PC Contest”) is held by Medidas Digital Inc. (“Medidas”) and shall be governed by the TrypScore Reward Program Terms and Conditions (the “Reward Terms”). This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple or Google.

Eligibility:  The Contest is open to eligible and active TrypScore mobile app (the “App”) account holders (the “Users”) who meet the account criteria and hereby agree to be bound by these PC Rules, the TrypScore Terms of Use (the “TrypScore Terms”) and the Reward Terms (the “PC Participants”).  

Contest Period:  Unless otherwise indicated in these PC Rules as updated from time to time, the PC Contest runs from the first day of each month at 12:01 am Mountain Standard Time (MST) to the last day of the month at 11:59 pm MST (the “PC Contest Period”).  

Entries:  PC Participants can earn entries into the PC Contest by collecting eligible, activated Pyns.  Pyns are deemed eligible by the Participant achieving the minimum acceptable TrypScore each time they drive, such score to be set within the game and at the sole discretion of Medidas.  The Participant must collect each activated and eligible Pyn within the Trypa section of the App by clicking the “Collect Rewards” button on any Driver Tryp that met the minimum acceptable score in order to receive an entry into the Contest.  There is no limit to the number of entries a PC Participant can receive during each PC Contest Period subject to the rules surrounding the activation and collection of Pyns.  There is no limit to the total number of entries received during each PC Contest Period and is solely dependent on the number of Pyns successfully collected by PC Participants.  Odds of winning the prize will vary depending on the number of entries earned in each PC Contest Period.

Level Up! Contest Rules (the “LU Rules”) 

The TrypScore “Level Up!” contest (the “LU Contest”) is held by Medidas Digital Inc. (“Medidas”) and shall be governed by the TrypScore Reward Program Terms and Conditions (the “Reward Terms”). This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple or Google. 

Note:  No purchase is required to complete the challenge or earn an entry into the LU Contest.  

Eligibility:  The LU Contest is open to eligible and active TrypScore mobile app (the “App”) account holders (the “Users”) who meet the account criteria and hereby agree to be bound by these LU Rules, the TrypScore Terms of Use (the “TrypScore Terms”) and the Reward Terms (the “LU Participants”). 

Contest Period:  Unless otherwise indicated in these LU Rules as updated from time to time, the LU Contest runs from the first day of each month at 12:01 am Mountain Standard Time (MST) to the last day of the month at 11:59 pm MST (the “LU Contest Period”).

Entries:  LU Participants can earn entries into the LU Contest by unlocking levels within the App and collecting the appropriate contest entries associated with each level unlocked.  Levels are unlocked by collecting experience points (“XP”) through safe scores on Tryps or in-app Challenges such as Daily Tryvia or the Weekly Mission. There is no limit to the number of entries a Participant can receive during each Contest Period subject to the rules surrounding the number of levels available to be unlocked each month and the random assignment of entries and rewards collected as part of the “Level Up to Win” feature.  Odds of winning the prize will vary depending on the total number of entries earned in each LU Contest Period.  

Prize:  One winner will receive a $250 Gift Card from the TrypScore Online Redemption Site (the “TDOS”) (approximate retail value in the currency of the country in which the Participant’s TrypScore account was registered). Winners are bound by the terms and conditions of the individual gift card selected as described in detail on the TDOS at the time of redemption.  

Selection of Winners:  Winner will be randomly selected from all LU Participant entries received during the LU Contest Period and notified by email, SMS, or through the App’s inbox.  The appropriate sections found within the Reward Terms will govern selection of, and notification to, the Winner. If no entries are received during the LU Contest Period, Medidas will not award a Prize for that period.

Drive Free for a Year:

Drive Free for a Year Contest Rules (the “DFY Rules”) 

The TrypScore “Drive Free for a Year” contest (the “DFY Contest”) is held by Medidas Digital Inc. (“Medidas”) and shall be governed by the Reward Terms and the TrypScore Terms.  The TrypScore Terms and the Reward Terms can be found on the App.  Any capitalized terms not defined in the DFY Rules shall have the meaning as defined in the TrypScore Terms and the Reward Terms. This contest is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Apple or Google. 

Note:  No purchase is required to earn an entry into the DFY Contest.  

Eligibility:  The DFY Contest is open to eligible and active TrypScore mobile app (the “App”) account holders (the “Users”) who meet the account criteria in Canada (excluding the Province of Quebec) and the United States, and hereby agree to be bound by these DFY Rules, the TrypScore Terms of Use (the “TrypScore Terms”) and the Reward Terms (the “DFY Participants”).  

Contest Period:  Unless otherwise indicated in these DFY Rules as updated from time to time, the DFY Contest run from 12:01 am Mountain Standard Time (MST) on January 1, 2023 to 11:59 pm MST on December 31, 2023 (the “DFY Contest Period”).  

Entries:  DFY Participants can earn entries into the DFY Contest by collecting eligible, activated Pyns. Pyns are deemed eligible by the DFY Participant achieving the minimum acceptable TrypScore each time they drive, such score to be set within the game and at the sole discretion of Medidas.  The DFY Participant must collect each activated and eligible Pyn within the Tryps section of the App by clicking the “Collect Rewards” button on any Driver Tryp that met the minimum acceptable score in order to receive an entry into the DFY Contest.  There is no limit to the number of entries a DFY Participant can receive during the DFY Contest Period subject to the rules surrounding the activation and collection of Pyns.  There is no limit to the total number of entries received during the DFY Contest Period and odds of winning are solely dependent on the number of Pyns successfully collected by DFY Participants.  Odds of winning the prize will vary depending on the number of entries earned in each DFY Contest Period.  

Prize: One winner will receive a cash award in each calendar month of 2024 in the amount of $750 to cover vehicle payments and vehicle insurance and 1, $200 gift card for gas; supplier to be determined at the sole discretion of Medidas.

Selection of Winner:  Winner will be randomly selected on January 2, 2024 at 4:00 PM MST from all eligible DFY Participant entries received during the DFY Contest Period and notified by email, SMS or through the App’s inbox.  The appropriate sections found within the Reward Terms will govern selection of, and notification to, the DFY Winner. If no entries are received during the DFY Contest Period, Medidas will not award a Prize for that period.
